Hatha & Yin Yoga
Unwind after a long day with a deeply nourishing yoga practice in the fresh air.
The class is open for all levels and consists of two parts – join one or stay for the full 2h experience.
18:30–19:30 • Hatha | Grounding yet active practice to balance body & mind, improve flexibility and build strength through movement, breath and mindfulness.
19:30–20:30 • Yin | Deeply relaxing long-held poses to release tension with gentle live music on ukulele or guitar.
> Come as you are – no experience needed. It’s a safe space to explore with modifications for any level. <
