The Syndicat d\u2019Initiative et de Tourisme is responsible for a wide range of activities, which take place over the course of the year. Its main task lies in the promotion of Remich and the attraction of visitors to the city.<\/p>\n

\"\"The Syndicat organizes a wide range of events throughout the seasons which have left a mark in Remich over the last few years. Examples are the popular “Bacchusfescht” on 15 August, the “Santa Claus on boat\u201d event on the 1st Sunday of December, “Easter Egg Hunting\u201d on Easter Sunday and the “F\u00eate de la Musique” in June.<\/p>\n

One of Remich\u2019s main attractions is the Mini-Golf course along the city\u2019s esplanade. The latter ranks among the largest Mini-Golf courses in the Greater Region and is run by the Syndicat d\u2019Initiative. Since 2009, a 250m long Mini-Car racetrack has been added to the city\u2019s attractions. In April 2016, a fountain in the shape of a self-supporting water tap completed the look of the Mini-Golf and Mini-Cars site. Since its inauguration, the water tap fountain has been photographed countless times.<\/p>\n

You can also play a round of cornhole here, rent a bike or book one of our well received wine hikes. A great way to explore the region, do some sports and discover some extraordinary wines.<\/p>\n

The Syndicate d\u2019Initiative puts a\u00a0<\/b>special emphasis on customer service ranging from the provision of information and advice to the reception of visitors. For more information you will find us in the Info Center \u201cCentre visit Remich\u201d which is located on the ground floor of the white, alluring building, created by the the renowned<\/span> Luxembourgish architect Fran\u00e7ois Valentiny.<\/p>\n

History and background of the Syndicate<\/b><\/h3>\n

The Syndicate of Initiatives and Tourism of the City of Remich was founded in 1965<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>and is a non-profit-making organization.\u00a0<\/span>As such, we rely on volunteers who contribute with their time, skills, and support towards planning and executing our events. If you like to become e member or a volunteer please write us an email on syndrem@pt.lu<\/a>. No special requirements are needed. Just bring along your will and smile and join our kind and fun team.<\/p>\n
